3. Enquiries and service agreements

Contacting me or using a Book a Call link does not create a service agreement or automatically reserve a meeting. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership of work, confidentiality, and any other service terms are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

This website does not accept payments or sell subscriptions. Third-party platform approvals, app performance, and marketing results are not guaranteed by the information on this website.

You may browse the website and contact me for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.
